Why did I really get a blog?

I’m about to step off on The Boat for a few months and they’ve banned LiveJournal. I figure nobody’s banned blogging so I’ll have a while before they catch on. I can’t be the only one on the ship writing all night and I’ll be doing a lot of it, especially since I’m on night crew.

The big Project to be done before I leave is to find a place to store my photos (hopefully on this webspace) and get a plug-in for the blog so I can put up all my pretty pictures. I’ve been in Yuma for two years; I have a lot of them.
